    Site Description St David's church is situated at the centre of the village on was first built in a crude Gothic style , as an Anglican chapel of ease, by Rees Davies of Trewindsor, Llandysul. In it was remodelled by Middleton, Prothero and Phillott of Cheltenham who added big Perpendicular style traceried windows to the transepts to match the new chancel. Situated in a field above the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path are the ruins of St Non’s Chapel- now barely more than foundations it does house a stone slab with a simple cross and circle carved into it.

The Chapel is believed to be the birthplace of St David some years ago and is built inside the site of a neolithic stone circle. The chapel is traditionally held to mark the place where St.

Non gave birth to St. David and will have been associated with pilgrim routes to St Davids. It is set towards the north of an early enclosure that may have originally served as chapel precinct, at its north east angle is St Non’s Well, medieval well head restored in 18th century.
